What do I get?

A Handmade Kite Sail with attached hand tied bridle. Fully adjusted and test-flown. One custom frame cut for your kite. Frames are cut so that the leading edge is two standard spars with a custom middle piece. Vertical spars may be non-standard sizes. You need to have your own handles and line, I am selling kite-only packages. I include a hand-made bag for each kite too!

What is it made of?

Alto kites are made from a variety of stuff, but a lot of kites are made with PC20 Icarex fabric from China. It’s lighter and more delicate than the Icarex from japan that you may be familiar with. Some people online call it ‘Chinarex’. I guess the jury is still out on it… but I’ve been using it for the last year and haven’t had any real issues so far.

Is there a Warranty?

I will fix any problems that result from my faulty workmanship for free. If you wear out spots on your kite and it needs a fix, I’ll do that for a fee that varies depending on the nature of the repair. It will be a fair price and I’ll make sure you’re happy.
